Let us know the dates you’ll be gone, where you’re headed, and which cards you will be using. Our fraud department always has your back, and we don’t want you to be without the use of your cards while you’re away from home! Contact us through Digital Banking or call us to report your plans.
How to report your travel plans through Digital Banking:
- Tap “Menu.”
- Tap “Manage Cards.”
- You will see a list of your cards; select the card you will be using while traveling by tapping on the arrow on the far right of your screen. (You may use more than one card, but will need to complete a form for each card.)
- Scroll up until you see “Travel Notification.”
- Tap the arrow on the right side of your screen.
- Fill out the short form.
- Tap “Submit Travel Notification” at the bottom of the screen.
