To: Pathway Customers Using Bill Pay Services
RE: Announcement of New On-line Bill Payment Platform
Dear Customer,
Pathway Bank is pleased to announce that on June 26, 2012, we will be upgrading our internet banking platform. We are excited about this upgrade because it provides us with the opportunity in the future to add new services to better serve your needs such as mobile banking, so that you can do your banking from anywhere at anytime on your cell phone; and, "Personal Financial Management" tools to help you manage and track your finances. Note: information on the new internet banking platform will be provided to all internet banking users in an email or with updates to this web site.
Since we are changing providers to upgrade our internet banking platform, this will have an effect on our customers who currently use the on-line bill payment services provided through the present internet banking platform. The current bill payment platform will no longer be available after June 25, 2012. Alternatively, Pathway Bank will be rolling out BillPay-e Plus™ on June 26, 2012. BillPay-e Plus™ will continue to provide you with the same convenience and organization to pay your bills securely from your computer -- anytime, anywhere.
Preparing for this Change
- Your prior payment histories will not be carried forward to your new BillPay-e Plus™ account. Therefore, it these records are important to you, you will want to print off these histories for your records.
- Your payees and any scheduled payments will not carry over to the new system. You will need to re-establish these payees and payment schedules within BillPay-e Plus™.

- We will continue to provide this online bill payment service free of charge to all our customers. In addition, we understand that you are being modestly inconvenienced in having to re-establish payees and payment schedules and that is why we are prepared to compensate you. Pathway Bank will deposit $9.99 into the primary checking account of all current (as of June 25, 2012) online bill payment customers who, by July 31, 2012 re-establish their on-line bill payment accounts in BillPay-e Plus™ .

One-on-one, in person assistance can be set up via appointment. Moreover, beginning on June 26, 2012, you may call the toll free customer service number at 1-855-440-9668 for assistance with any subscriber support issues regarding your BillPay-e Plus™ accounts. Calls to this toll free number are supported from 6:30 am to 1 am Monday through Friday.
